I had pulled some roasted red pepper sauce (Moosewood Restaurant Low-Fat Favorites) out the freezer and then wasn’t sure what to do with it. In the end I got a couple lamb chops, an eggplant and some zucchini. I grilled them all on my cast iron grill pan. I also just made some plain bulgur wheat and slathered the lot in the sauce. It was very easy and tasty and my apartment only got a little smokey.
