chicken tenders

Rather boring, the chicken was very eggy and I put put too much nutmeg on the spinach.  I’ve made much better versions Chicken Francese and Wilted Spinach, so although this was perfectly edible I don’t think I will be making it again. Not that I really ever make the same recipe twice, anyway.
