more pumpkin?!!!??

pancakesYes.. from October to about mid-December I think I can live on squash and pumpkin.  These pancakes are another delicious Kim Boyce recipe. She uses Kamut flour which I couldn’t find and had to order online from King Arthur. I know you may not know what Kamut (ka-MOOT) is, because I didn’t.  I do think it was the first time I’ve ever opened a bag of flour and thought …..”mmm that smells good” and then along with your regular pancake ingredients you also add in cinnamon, allspice, pumpkin puree, buttermilk and honey.  Fabulous! No syrup is necessary because they are moist and sweet and pumpkin-y.
