lion’s head meatballs II

noodles meatballs I’ve made lion’s head meatballs before but a different recipe. I even made the chicken stock this time with fresh ginger and green onions.  It did get a little thick in refrigerator…kind of gravy like… it was weird. Gelatin? eww…

Also this recipe calls for bok choy and noodles and the last one called for just napa cabbage. It was delicious. Pork meatballs in homemade broth with bok choy, noodles, and mushrooms. What isn’t there to like? Oh wait, I know…LOTS of dishes.
