Talk about my favorite dessert combo. You may love cake, chocolate, pure sugar confections… but you are wrong. It is all about the perfect combination of dairy and fruit.
This is a cream pot made by heating some heavy cream, sugar and gelatin until the sugar is dissolved. Then mix with sour cream, vanilla and lemon zest. Refrigerate individual ramekins for at least 4 hours before eating.
The blueberries are 1/2 turned into syrup and 1/2 fresh. You cook one pint with some dry red wine, lemon zest, sugar, and cinnamon to make syrup and then mix in fresh berries and fresh mint in the syrup.
