New England Squash Soup Recipe … notes: I used water and actually left out the evaporated skim milk.
The middle one is the actual recipe with the sauteed mushrooms. On the right is where I ate it with creme fraiche instead and on the left with sauteed kale. (I love kale.)
Maybe you can’t have something different everyday but you can make it seem that way. The same outfit can look brand new with different accessories, right? Perhaps you were unaware that soup needs accessories; it does. Especially if it is masquerading as a main course.
I love squash soup and really only eat it in October. So this may have been a bit of a binge.
