February, and everywhere there are chocolate recipes. Not usually my thing but some chocolate sounded good to me so I made one. It’s a layered chocolate pudding/custard thing. My milk chocolate layer on the bottom never really set, it was a little soupy, and the dark chocolate layer was basically like fudge or thick frosting. It still tasted good…but how am I going to get a spoon into that champagne flute to eat it…not really thinking ahead there.
